Lately, I've been doing more traditional drawing than digital work due to some time constraint, which makes it hard for me to even find time to switch on my desktop (My reason for my inactivity on dA as well). So, the alternative for me to practice was doing some traditional work.
I've been going for Figure Form Drawing sessions, recommended by a great friend of mine, for the past weeks to do some life drawing.
Turns out, I've found that I've improved on my sketching skill and hand-to-eye coordination. In addition, I'm more confident in my pencil strokes. Furthermore, and this is more of a personal thought, you can translate traditional art skill much more easily to digital art than digital to traditional. Granted, that you might have to learn some of the technical stuffs when you paint digitally; like the user interface of the painting software.
All in all, my point that I would like to pass across is:
Do not get anxious about doing digital art; There's always time for that. Instead, get some paper and a pencil and start sketching. You'll be surprised by how much you will improve. A lot of professional artists started out on working out their traditional skill before moving to digital too. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying you can't do digital art at all until you have done traditional. They are both equally important to me.
If you want, get a sketchbook and sketch anything, no matter how simple or complex the ideas are, that come into your mind. A sketchbook is a diary of your creativity thought, so no one can say it's awful or berate about it.
(Besides, you can show off your traditional skill set on a sketchbook in public more easily than using a laptop for your digital art. XD)
Here's a pretty awesome website you can visit for lots of traditional drawing tip

I finally made an Instagram account...
So, it's been some times since I uploaded my work here. I not sure how many of you are a regular follower of this account still, but if you like, I have made an Instagram account (about damn time).
Thing is... Deviantart is more of like an archive account to me now, and if you like to see more of my recent work and WIPs, you can follow my Instagram instead. Links underneath:

You can also follow my work in these other links as well.

To My Watchers - Thank you (and what's next)
The last time I had an update was probably several months ago and I was in the middle of my academic year. Not to sound like I'm purposely making things exaggerated, but it was tough for me and I'm finding myself constantly playing catch-up with the rest of the class. It was exhausting. Fortunately, I manage to make it through and graduated with at least a somewhat average portfolio to start looking for a job. That got me to start thinking more seriously about my own future and art career.
I realise I can't possibly be doing fan-art entirely. At some point I have to call it stop work on my own portfolio if I want to have a shot at contributi
What's Next (Update #3 Mid-Year 2016)
Update #3 13 June 2016
Woah, has it been six months already? I swear, the last term went by in a blink of an eye, and so does the first half of the year.
How you guys been? I'm doing this quick update to say hi. It was a crazy term for me in school with assignments pouring in one after another to a point I don't even have the chance to upload some of the stuffs I did for class. The term break had also just ended (two weeks) so now I'm back to busy mode for the next four months. Anyhow, hope you guys are good and all and eating healthy.
Update #2 01 January 2016
I hope that you had a great time this past year, and even better for the year
It's been awhile. Hello again!
A year has passed since my last journal update, yet I swore it felt like it was written just weeks ago. I remember writing it while I try to bring myself up to pack my stuffs in preparation for my enlistment day into the army. I felt dejected, my spirit dampened, realizing that I had to put down everything I love to do and had no choice but to serve my country's two years of mandatory military service. Most of the folks back at home would tell me it would not be as bad as I thought it would be, but human nature forbids ourselves from listening to others sometimes. Long story short, the week before my enlistment date, I felt really downcasted
